So how cool is this, I got an email from a Warner Books rep who has read my blog, and who wants to offer me some books to review on it. I've never been solicited as a reviewer before, I usually get my review books from Front Street or Armchair Interviews.

She was interested because I'm also a knitter, the book she offered me is Knitting Under the Influence by Claire LaZebnik and it sounds like a women's fiction/chick lit kinda thing, which is cool since I've been reading a little more of that type of book lately.

The best part was that she asked if I wanted to check out their website, and if there were any other books I wanted to review, she'd see what she could do. I picked out these two:

Dead Man Rising: A Dante Valentine Novel by Lilith Saintcrow

The Medici Giraffe: And Other Tales of Exotic Animals and Power by Marina Belozerskaya

The Medici Giraffe looks awesome! So, even though I have about 7 million books that I should be reading, even some that I owe to other people, I still can't wait for my review copies to arrive. I'm a total book whore!
